    Hi, so do I. It has been better lately, but it comes and goes. I find that trying to keep my mind off of it and focusing on eating better, and trying to get a decent sleep helps. If i dont sleep and or drink alcohol then it is def worse and i will just feel off. Do you know what triggers it, or is it constant?

    I have different mental stuff. more depression. I haven't been diagnosed, but I do hate being around a bunch of people in a mall or walmart or something like that. I just feel like I am not in control of my little area.. if that makes sense.
