20 years old, I've been suffering from serious anxiety and panic attacks since I was 14-15 and missed almost a year of school because of it. It's been getting progressively better over the years as I've learned to cope with different things in different ways, and recently I was able to take a 2 hour train journey to a place I'd never been completely alone, despite just a month ago being scared to go to the next town over (a 6 minute train journey) alone. My panic still hits me hard at times, though it usually comes in waves, and I find it much easier to deal with than before.
