Biography:

Hi, i am 24/F and have been suffering from anxiety and depression for a couple of years now. I seem to have OCD and hyperscrupulosity after doing some research and seeing a physiatrist. i can?t shake these obsessive compulsive irrational thoughts and its really getting me down and im not living a normal care free life like i used to. i just want a clear head again and to be anxiety free. I?m sick off these uncontrollable panic attacks.
