I am having a terrible time with night panics. I'm fine during the day but the minute I step into my bed at night it starts. It's getting loads worse because it was that I would get to sleep OK but would wake up every 1-2 hours during the evening. I felt that I had it under control and managed to get back to sleep very quickly without too much stress but now the anxiety is there the minute I go into bed and it only biulds up to a point where there's no way I can get to sleep, and if I do its not for very long. The dreams can be hellish also which is probably why I wake up so often. Last night I did not fall asleep until about half five in the morning and ended up sleeping the best portion of the day on the settee today because I was so tired.
